Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations or additional processing fees by your financial institution.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Cancellations by the Customer
More than 24 hours before the tour: Full refund.
Within 24 hours of the tour start time: No refund.
No-show (failure to arrive at the meeting point on time): No refund.
3.2 Cancellations by PrimeOne Tours
If we cancel a tour due to weather conditions, operational issues, or safety concerns, you will be offered:
A reschedule at no additional cost.
A full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
4. Changes and Modifications
Booking modifications (date/time changes) are subject to availability and approval.
Any change request must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour.
Additional charges may apply if the modification results in extra operational costs.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Arrive at the designated meeting point on time. Late arrivals may result in missed tours with no refund.
Provide a valid contact number and email to receive important tour updates.
Ensure you meet any health, age, or physical requirements specified in the tour description.
Follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our staff and tour guides.
PrimeOne Tours is not responsible for missed tours due to late arrival, incorrect contact information, or failure to comply with tour requirements.
6. Liability and Disclaimer
PrimeOne Tours is not liable for any personal injury, lost belongings, accidents, or damages incurred during the tour.
We are not responsible for third-party service providers (e.g., local operators, transportation, or accommodations) used in conjunction with our tours.
Weather conditions, traffic delays, or force majeure events do not qualify for a refund if the tour proceeds as scheduled.
7. Privacy Policy
Your personal data is handled securely and will not be shared with third parties, except when required by law.
Payment information is processed using encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways.

8. Disputes and Claims
Any dispute or claim must be submitted within 30 days of the service date.
