All our tours are truly all-inclusive: private transportation with AC, SECTUR-certified bilingual guide, skip-the-line entrance tickets, buffet lunch at a local restaurant, cenote entrance and facilities, bottled water, and hotel pickup/drop-off from Cancún, Playa del Carmen, or Riviera Maya.
Absolutely not. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no surprise charges for tips (though they're appreciated), equipment, or entrance fees. Everything is included upfront.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Yes! Groups of 6 or more receive a 10% discount. Contact us directly for custom group pricing on larger parties or corporate bookings.

We offer two tour types. Our private tours are 100% private — your group only, never combined with strangers. Your vehicle and guide belong exclusively to you for the full day. Our classic group tours are shared experiences — you travel with other guests in a comfortable air-conditioned coach. Both options are available for all our destinations. When booking, select private or group based on your preference for flexibility versus cost.
Comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, swimsuit (for cenote), towel, and cash for souvenirs/tips. We provide water throughout the day.
Full-day tours typically last 10–12 hours, including hotel pickup and drop-off. A Chichen Itza tour from Cancun, for example, departs around 7–8 AM and returns around 6–7 PM. Tours from Playa del Carmen or Tulum are slightly shorter due to the reduced drive time. Your exact itinerary and pickup time will be confirmed 24 hours before your tour.
Yes. Both our private and group tours are family-friendly. Children under 4 travel free; ages 4–11 receive discounted rates. Our private tours are particularly recommended for families with young children — the flexible timing means you can move at the child's pace. Our certified guides are experienced working with families and adapt their approach accordingly.
All our guides are bilingual in English and Spanish. We also have guides available in French, German, and Italian upon request—please mention this when booking.
Yes! We offer complimentary pickup from hotels in Cancún, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, and the Riviera Maya. Pickup times vary by location—typically between 7-8 AM for full-day tours.
No problem! We can pick you up from any address in our service area. Just provide the full address when booking, and we'll confirm the nearest convenient pickup point.
We use late-model, air-conditioned SUVs and vans that are cleaned and inspected daily. Vehicles are selected based on group size to ensure comfort throughout the day.
Tours operate rain or shine—Chichén Itzá is stunning in any weather! We provide umbrellas if needed. In case of severe weather warnings, we'll contact you to reschedule at no extra cost.
Chichén Itzá's main plaza is relatively flat and accessible. Cenotes vary—some have stairs. Please contact us to discuss specific mobility needs, and we'll customize your tour accordingly.
Yes! Swimming in the cenotes is a highlight of most tours. Life jackets are available. The water is typically 75-78°F (24-26°C) year-round. Lockers and changing facilities are provided.
Not at all. Life jackets are provided and required at most cenotes. Even non-swimmers can safely enjoy the crystal-clear waters while floating.
We stop at authentic Yucatecan restaurants serving traditional buffet lunch. Options typically include cochinita pibil, panuchos, sopa de lima, and fresh fruit. Vegetarian options are always available.
Yes! Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.) when booking, and we'll ensure appropriate options are available.
The answer depends on what you value most. For a flexible, intimate experience at your own pace, our private Chichen Itza tour is consistently the top-rated choice among our guests — you get a dedicated guide, private vehicle, and the freedom to spend as long as you want at each landmark. For budget-conscious travelers or solo travelers who enjoy meeting others, our classic group tour offers excellent value with a certified guide, cenote swim, and buffet lunch included. Both depart daily from Cancun.
Our classic group Chichen Itza tour from Cancun starts from $39 per adult. Our private all-inclusive tour starts from $77 per person depending on group size — larger groups receive better per-person rates. Both prices include guide, entrance tickets, cenote swim, buffet lunch, and hotel pickup. There are no hidden fees.
Yes. All PrimeOne guides are fully bilingual in English and Spanish. For Spanish-speaking guests, we can confirm a Spanish-language guide at booking. Our booking process is available in Spanish — visit our Spanish-language pages at primeone.tours/es/ or contact us via WhatsApp in Spanish.
